Monodisperse polymer particles, both conducting and insulating have many potential applications such as in anisotropic conductive adhesives and as spacers. Optimum performance is only obtained for particles with uniform size and uniform properties (mechanical and electrical). Conpart's products are truly monodisperse in all properties.
Our core business is mono sized micro spheres of Acrylate-Styrene-divinylbenzene polymer with or without Gold-Nickel coating. The micro spheres are specifically designed for use in ACA/ACF applications or as spacers in LCDs.
Due to the unique polymerisation process the particle size, chemical and mechanical properties can be tailored, with extreme accuracy and reproducibility.
