Prof. Zardini received his PhD from the University of Montpellier in 1982.
He is a Professor of Electrical Engineering at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Electronique , Informatique et Radiocommunications de Bordeaux.
He is in charge of the 'Integration of power components and systems' group at IXL.
The group has successfully participated in several European projects - PROMETHEUS (S!), RAPSDRA (4th PCRD), HEIDI (PIDEA S!) and national CEPIA (PREDIT)and is currently participating to the HIRONDELLE (5th PCRD) project.
At present time, the group research interest focuses on reliability studies of lead-free solder joints and four papers have been published on this topic. |
