| Dr Dag Andersson earned his Ph.D. in Physics at the University of Göteborg, Sweden in 1989. In 1990 he was a visiting scientist at the FOM-AMOLF Institute in Amsterdam the Netherlands and thereafter, 1991-94, at the Laboratory of Atomic and Solid State Physics, Cornell University, Ithaca NY. From 1994 he performed research at Chalmers University of Technology (CTH), Gothenburg, Sweden where he was project manager for the CTH part of SNR-Technique (Brite-Euram BRPR-CT95-0054). In 1997 he joined IVF as a project manager in the Electronics Packaging and Production department where he is currently department manager. He has been work package manager for CUMULUS (Esprit project 23769)and project manager for a national Swedish as well as a Nordic project on lead-free soldering. |
