Kim Zachariassen graduated from the Technical University of Denmark in 1982 with MSc and PhD. He worked in Hellesens A/S and as a researcher at University of Denmark, before joining DELTA in 1986.
He has extensive training and experience in microelectronics technologies, specialising in failure analysis, packaging technology and atmospheric corrosion. He has written a number of government reports and presented papers at international seminars and conferences.
He reported on conductive adhesives in 2000 and lead-free solders in 2002. |
